- Greater London travel included; outside Greater London on a case-by-case basis
- 30 days' notice to terminate (SME-friendly end of UK MSP norm)
- Standard 12-month minimum on Managed Services
- Support hours adjustable per contract: weekend or evening cover available where the business needs it
- Ad-hoc on-site visits beyond the tier allowance billed at £95 per hour
