  • Onboarding: every new Managed Services engagement carries a one-off onboarding fee covering estate discovery, documentation and operational handover. From £1,500 (Essentials), £3,000 (Plus), £5,000 (Premium). Final figure scoped during the discovery call.
  • Greater London travel included; outside Greater London on a case-by-case basis
  • 30 days' notice to terminate (SME-friendly end of UK MSP norm)
  • Standard 12-month minimum on Managed Services
  • Support hours adjustable per contract: weekend or evening cover available where the business needs it
  • Ad-hoc on-site visits beyond the tier allowance billed at £95 per hour
  • Volume discounts available for larger engagements or longer-term contracts
