- Patching and endpoint protection — how far behind the estate is, and whether anything is watching it.
- Network basics — the router, the WiFi, and anything still running on settings from the day it was installed.

Thirty minutes — remote anywhere in the UK, or on-site across Greater London and the home counties. No jargon; the questions are designed for whoever runs the business, not whoever runs the server.

Within two business days you get a short written rundown: what's solid, what's exposed, what we'd fix first and roughly what fixing it involves.
What we won't do
No slide deck, no scare tactics, no chasing sequence. If the summary says everything looks sensible, that's what it says. If something needs fixing, we'll tell you what it is, whether we're the right people to fix it or not. The summary is yours either way.
